Case Study 2 - Coventry

  • Standard two bedroom one bathroom terraced property converted into a 4 bed, 2 Bathroom.

This one was a very painful experience but a very education one. We had contractors, tradesman and unscrupulous estate agents misinforming and misrepresenting their services.​

The owner of the property was a helpless landlord that didn’t know how to maximise potential gains from the property. We did a JV (Joint Venture) with him after he saw the results of our Edgbaston project. This came with its own learnings.  

Initially the idea was to turn the property into a HMO, however half way through the works being done, we changed strategy to Serviced Accommodation on the entire house.
